Good attention from the staff, good gym and a very tasty breakfast. Logically also the privileged location that is there.
It's not possible for a Marriott class hotel not to have its own parking lot, it's really a shame. I had to pay like I was in a mall. Besides being extremely uncomfortable with the paperwork system they have. You have to pick up a paper at the hotel reception and then go and give it to the parking lot cashier every time you want to leave with your vehicle, this to add to the bill, awful, extremely uncomfortable. For the same value of the room I can go to hotels of equal and even better category than Marriott . Unfortunately, all the good things that you can have as a hotel are overshadowed by this small but great detail, and that is why I will not stay with you again.

Clean, great value hotel, the location was nice short walk to a giant park, the finest restaurants and Las Condes. I appreciated the room, it was nicely furnished and complete with great views and huge windows, as for instance.

The staff's really good kindness and the stunning views from our room made our stay nice. Enjoying a good late-night salad at the hotel bar added a perfect touch to our evening.

The breakfast is very complete and varied, for all tastes. Spacious rooms.
I was assigned room 412, is a room connected to another room. To my surprise at dawn I was woken up by the noise of the guest in the next room entering mine. I immediately called the service and was told first that someone from security would come up and lock the door, later I was informed that this room is only locked on one side and that I should not have been assigned it. I was transferred to another room, 710. I was waiting for a formal apology from the hotel at check-out. I didn't get one and they simply charged me for the 5 star service I had contracted and I never received it: in 5 star hotels -not even in half star hotels, I would say- you don't wake up in the morning with another guest in your room! Fortunately, because of my short stay, I didn't suffer any loss in my goods (which were all day at the mercy of third parties) or in my person, except for the fright and terrible moment I lived through.

Cleanliness
Very overpriced hotel, it occupies only 25 floor out of 40+ (and I was tempted by one of the highest buildings to live at the top floor (which turned out to be 25th :( )

Had a lovely two-night stay. Stefania at the front desk was pure magic and my king bed was so comfy, I almost missed my evening plans! Great views too!
But then I found the wifi charged me more than my fancy cocktail. Seriously, charging for internet? What's next, a fee for air?

The service and the friendliness of the staff. My room had beautiful views of Santiago and the Andes. It has to be the best Marriott hotel I have stayed/experienced so far and I have stayed at a few in the last ten years.
Lack of access to taxis. Private cars were offered freely.

The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, and the room was spacious and clean with a stunning view of the Andes. Checking in was a breeze, and the staff was very accommodating, especially considering my very late arrival. Although I faced a hiccup with the dining experience and some miscommunication at breakfast, the overall service was professional and attentive.

My previous visit to a different hotel in santiago didn't meet my expectations, but this time marriott exceeded them with a beautiful walking tour nearby. The beautiful room was clean, cozy, and offered fine views of the mountains.
the pool area lacked sunlight in the afternoon.

The hotel is in a great location. Easy access to shopping malls and a variety of restaurants. The lobby feels spacious and inviting. Front desk staff showed really good service. They greeted us warmly and helped us smoothly with check-in. The room was clean with a fantastic view of the Andes. Breakfast spread was decent, though I wished there were more fruit options. The facilities look a bit dated. The furniture felt old, and the bathroom needed updates. The gym could use some improvement too. The restaurant experience let me down. The food quality at the Latin Grill wasn't up to par, with parts of my meal being cold and unappetizing. Service at the restaurant was professional, yet a bit lacking in warmth from the staff. A mixed bag of experiences overall.
